Please note! If you want to use iCAM software, due to the huge amount of data transmission, the computer hardware must at least meet the following requirements, otherwise it will not work or be used~

Before installing the driver, please connect the camcorder to the computer via USB cable, and then click DriverSetup.exe in the driver folder to install it.

(1) For operating systems Win7, Vista, and XP, please enter the EW7 XP dedicated driver} folder.

(2) How to install U-IMAGE software on Win8/Win 8.1 (for DP300 & DP500 cameras)

  1. Please upgrade win 8 to win 8.1 first, execute Windows Update, complete the update, and restart the computer.
  2. Move the mouse to the upper right corner or lower right corner, let the function options pop up on the right border, and click the gear-shaped "Settings".
  3. Click "Change PC settings" in the lower right corner.
  4. Click "Update and Recovery" on the lower left-->"Recovery"-->"Advanced Startup" on the right-->Click "Restart Now".
  5. After restarting, three large boxes will appear. Click on the second "Troubleshooting".
  6. Click "Advanced Options" in Troubleshooting.
  7. Click "Startup Settings" in the advanced options.
  8. Click "Restart" and the screen will temporarily turn black.
  9. Please click the number "7" on the keyboard. The screen will turn black. Please wait.
  10. After returning to Windows, you can install the application "U-IMAGEJ.
  11. First connect the camera (DP500/DP300) to the computer with a USB cable
  12. Then to install the driver, please enter "rwin8 dedicated driver program" and click DriverSetup to install. When the camera options window appears, if it is DP300, please select COMS 300, if it is DP500, please select COMS500. A Windows security window will pop up during the subsequent installation process. Please click "Install this driver software anyway".
